We collect only the data you provide and what is strictly necessary to respond to your inquiry:

We use your data to respond to your request for information about our real estate developments, to contact you through the channel you chose, and to follow up on your interest.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or accept this policy on WhatsApp, together with the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Analytics cookies are activated only if you expressly accept them. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.

With your authorization, which we ask for on WhatsApp, we analyze the information in your inquiries to improve our service, our projects and our advertising. For example, the ad or channel through which you contacted us, the project you are interested in and the progress of your inquiry.

This analysis is carried out by our technology provider on behalf of Inmobiliaria Inmoviu. We do not use this authorization to send you promotions.

You can withdraw it at any time by writing RETIRAR on WhatsApp or to info@inmoviu.com.

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers we need in order to serve you, each limited to what is strictly required:

When you contact us on WhatsApp, an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence may reply first. The assistant identifies itself as such in its first message and never confirms prices, availability or terms: a member of our team always confirms those.

In order to reply, the content of your messages is sent to our artificial intelligence provider, currently Google. If you send a voice note, the audio file is stored along with the rest of the conversation and transcribed to text by that same means; the transcript is treated exactly like a written message. Both the audio and the transcript are kept for the period stated below.

The assistant makes no automated decisions producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you: it only guides your enquiry and hands it over to a person. At any time you may write ASESORA to be attended by someone from the team, or BAJA to stop receiving messages on this channel. Both requests are honoured immediately.

Some of the providers listed above store or process data outside Ecuador. In those cases we require contractual safeguards that maintain a level of protection equivalent to that required by the LOPDP.

We keep your contact data for 36 months from our last interaction with you. That period reflects the decision cycle of a real estate purchase, which typically extends over time.

If you become a client, we keep data relating to the contractual relationship for the periods required by applicable tax and civil law.

Once the period elapses, your data is deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you.

The LOPDP grants you the following rights, which you may exercise free of charge:

We will respond within the periods set by the LOPDP. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you may file a complaint with Ecuador's Superintendency for Personal Data Protection.
